Dream House

My dream house would have to be someplace warm, were the only thing that should be needed is air conditioner and not heat. The dream location would have to be somewhere in California along the coast close to LA preferably.
I would want to at least have 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms. The backyard would have a pool(part of the deck) that would go down to at least 10ft. There would be couches around the side with a bonfire pit in the middle of it.
The beach would be down a bit of the way with a dock for night time star gazing.
I've always wanted to live in a place warmer than Minnesota, where snow just seems like a distant memory and be able to soak up the sun and relax in paradise. California has always been my dream and im hoping I can be living my dream someday.
